I was born and brought up in India and moved to the UK in 2005. My first career was in Academics in a reputable Government College in Rajasthan, India. I moved here with my preschool child and 6 month old baby to join my busy husband. In the process of settling, adapting and integrating within the community I played various volunteer roles in varying setting whilst raising my young family, training and developing my own support network.
I enjoy working with people of all ethnicity and diverse backgrounds and I understand the impact of moving cultures and the challenges and joys it encompasses.
I come with a wealth of life experiences and understand the emotions of sadness, anger, scare and joy. Therapy is a process of healing and change can happen once individuals accept that and take the first step towards a new future.
I regards it as a privilege to work with people, joining them in their life journey and helping them to manage change effectively.
